air-conditioned games room. Our home can accommodate up to 14 people, making

The games room includes a professional size pool table, foosball and air
hockey tables. The spacious family lounge area boasts a large 63�¢ï¿½ï¿½ rear
projection TV, DVD and PlayStation 2 for your enjoyment. Access to the pool
area is through the family room patio doors. Take a refreshing dip in the
pool & spa, or for those of you who enjoy the sun relax on the patio
furniture available.
A modern dining area is available in the formal room at the front of the
home with seating for up to 6 guests. Further seating for 6 is available in
the breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The modern kitchen comes complete
with all chrome appliances and also includes all crockery, toaster,
microwave, dishwasher and fridge. For the younger members of the group we
have plastic plates, cups and bowls at hand so there is no need to worry
when they are lunching around the pool.
The ground floor master suite is spacious and bright and has a king-size
bed, dressing table, bedside tables and walk-in wardrobe. Adjoining is the
en-suite bathroom, which boasts an over sized bath, walk-in shower cubicle
and double vanity unit. An extra set of bed linen is available in all
bedrooms and can be found in the closets in each room.
You will find 14�¢ï¿½ï¿½ TVs in each of the master and queen bedrooms. Upstairs are
the additional bedrooms comprising of a further king-size room with en
suite, 2 queen-size bedrooms and 3 twin rooms. A further 2 bathrooms are
available on the first floor to accommodate these bedrooms.
The property has a utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board,
vacuum and other house wares to use during your stay. There are plenty of
towels and additional linen within the home. This villa is a perfect home
from home and has everything you, your family and friends will need during
your stay.
