Full Description: This popular single storey home is located just 10 minutes drive west of Disney's main gate. The property has five bedrooms and three bathrooms which is perfect for family groups, and sleeps up to ten guests in comfort. It has a king bedroom with en-suite facilities, queen bedroom and three twin rooms. This home boasts a golf course outlook and a lanai. The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club conveniently situated on US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside - only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World. This is a great location for accessing the Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through central Florida. Grocery shopping and restaurants are located just next door at the newly completed Berry Plaza. Highlands Reserve is one of the largest villa developments in the area and continues to sell out the months in advance. Though it is clearly the golf that attracts the majority of guests to Highlands Reserve, the resort is built around a renowned 18 hole PGA golf course, however it's important that the villas are not forgotten. Every home from 3 to 6 bed are immaculately furnished, well maintained and well worthy of their executive status. Great villas, great golf and a great location!
