hockey and foosball. The home has two reception areas, and in the family
area there is a 63" rear projection TV, DVD and PlayStation. A modern
kitchen sits central in the home and comes complete with stainless steel
accessories, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all you would require
during your stay. Dining is available in two areas and the breakfast table
offers views over the golf course.
Attention to detail has been given to the furnishings and accessories within
the home offering you a very modern, contemporary look which continues to
receive great feedback. The home has two master en-suite bedrooms, a further
two queen bedrooms, two twin rooms and a double bunk room. The home has a
total of 4.5 bathrooms. A TV can be found in all the master and queen
bedrooms. The home also has a fully equipped utility room, which includes a
washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and other house wares.
The community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club was first
established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55
on State Route 2 - only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. This location is
a favourite for returning holiday makers, located away from the hustle and
bustle of the Kissimmee area.
As you enter the development there is a lake to the right, and trees lining
the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country
feel. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, two tennis courts, a
small children's play area with swings and slides and a Clubhouse with
restaurant and bar - perfect for when you fancy a break from cooking or an
afternoon drink. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large
supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will provide you with everything
you'll need.
