Sunset Ridge is a quiet and peaceful development nestled between orange groves with a secure gated access. The community is located just off US 27, and with easy access to Interstate 4, means that Disney's main gates are less than 15 minutes drive away. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and for golf lovers there are many exceptional courses within a few minutes’ drive. Orlando's International Airport is 30 minutes by car and Sanford Airport around 50 minutes.

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will accommodate up to ten guests in comfort. The villa is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and the fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances. The bedrooms consist of one king room with en-suite bathroom, another king room, one queen room and two twin rooms. The home has two living areas and televisions can be found in all the bedrooms. Outside you will find your own south-facing pool and sun deck that has a lake/conservation view. For those looking for some shade there is a lanai area to provide some respite from the sun and the sundeck is equipped with outdoor furniture.
