The development of Westbury is located just off US 27, approximately a 15 minute drive from the Disney main gates. It is a small quiet community, nestled amongst orange groves, just minutes from the I4. This provides a fast and simple route to the theme parks and the abundance of shops and restaurants of Kissimmee and the 192. If you don’t want to go far, just minutes away is a small selection of local shops and restaurants. Also nearby is the ChampionsGate Golf Course, and the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will accommodate up to eight guests in comfort. The villa is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and the open plan kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances. The main dining table offers seating for up to 6 guests and seating for 4 is available at the breakfast table. The bedrooms consist of one queen rooms with en-suite bathroom, two full-size rooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and one twin room. Internet access is also available within the home for guests to use. Outside you will find your own pool and sundeck that is equipped with outdoor furniture and backs onto the orange groves. For those looking for some shade there is a lanai area to provide some respite from the sun.
